This half term, join in Herefordshire County BID‘s spooktacular fun at Halloweenfest at the Market House from 10am to 4pm. You can enjoy lots of free activities including a pop-up pumpkin patch for kids to choose their own pumpkin, pumpkin carving, face painting, circus skills, balloon modelling, apple bobbing and Halloween crafts.

Also starting at 10am under the Market House, Adam from Yat Pottery will be running free drop-in kids’ pottery throw down workshops, creating scary skulls or spikey hedgehogs to take home.

After 4pm, the Ross Business Association will be judging the best (spookiest) fancy dress and best carved pumpkin competitions.

About: This year’s Halloween Pumpkin Competition will take place on Saturday at the Market House. Bring your carved pumpkins – the creepier and scarier the better! – and place them on the Market House steps to be in with a chance of winning a prize.
