Neighbourhood Development Plan
Ross‑on‑Wye’s Neighbourhood Development Plan shapes Herefordshire’s local development strategy—providing a community-vetted roadmap for the town’s growth and character.
On the 7 June 2021 Herefordshire Council decided to make the Neighbourhood Plan under 38A(4)(a) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The Ross on Wye Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire Council.
