Christmas Fayre

The date for the Ross-on-Wye Town Council’s Christmas Fayre has been confirmed as Sunday 30th November 2025 and applications for stalls at the event will open on Tuesday 1st April.
Stallholders will be asked to complete an official application form and submit to the Town Council offices for consideration as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday 1st October. This year’s pitch fees start at £55 + VAT for a standard size stall. Application forms are available to download below or can be requested by emailing admin@rosstc-hereforshire.gov.uk.

Last year’s Christmas Fayre was a huge success and attracted over 80 stallholders selling local produce, arts, crafts, food, drink and gifts. Visitors were entertained with a fantastic line up of performers throughout the day including live artists, local choirs and street entertainers. Children also enjoyed visiting Santa’s Grotto, face painting and a special appearance from Roarsome dinosaurs!
