Mayor’s 2023 Christmas Card competition winners announced

Following the success of the Christmas Card competition last year, the current Mayor, Cllr Louis Stark, was keen to run the competition again this year.

The Town Council was inundated with fantastic festive entries, and the Mayor was impressed with the quality of all the designs.

The Mayor found it difficult to choose just one winner, and after much deliberation he selected two. The winners are Maya Tafat who drew a wonderful festive design. The other winner was, Molly Whyman. The Mayor was impressed with her snowy church scene.

The Mayor recently met Maya and Molly to offer his congratulations and to present them both with a little treat to say congratulations.

Both cards be available to purchase from next week from the Town Council offices at the Corn Exchange, High Street for £5 for a pack of 5, with all profits going to the Mayor’s charity, EnviroAbility. To reserve a pack please email admin@rosstc-herefordshire.gov.uk
