October half term activities

Following the popularity of the activities at Ross Community Gardens and craft sessions at the Market House earlier this year, these return for the October half term with a twist! All activities are free to attend and do not need to be booked in advance.

Wild About Gardens Workshop

This introductory short course will provide you with some practical ideas about how to make your own garden more wildlife-friendly. Run by local volunteers with experience of gardens large and small, urban and rural, the workshop will cover the importance of food, water and shelter, seasonal planting, looking after your soil and how your garden can play its part in your local setting.
