Members of the Finance & Property Sub Committee, elected at the Annual Council meeting in May, are Councillors Chris Bartrum, Milly Boylan, Valerie Coker, Linden Delves, Katie Fowler, Sarah Freer, Daniel Lister, Richard McEvoy, Ed O’Driscoll, Louis Stark, Julian Utting (Chairman) and John Winder. The committee meets approximately four times a year and these meetings are open to the public unless stated otherwise.

Members of the public are permitted to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business included in the agenda.
