
Amenities Sub Committee
Members of the Amenities Sub Committee, elected at the Annual Council meeting in May, are Councillors Milly Boylan, Dan Ciolte, Valerie Coker, Leon Davies, Katie Fowler, Sarah Freer, Saskia Harrison, Daniel Lister, Richard McEvoy, Ed O’Driscoll, Bev Pope, Michelle Setchfield, Julian Utting and John Winder (Chairman). The committee meets approximately ten times a year and these meetings are open to the public unless stated otherwise.
Members of the public are advised that this meeting may be recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded. If you wish to record the meeting, please notify the Clerk before the meeting starts. Members of the public are permitted to film or record meetings to which they are permitted access, in a non-disruptive manner. Whilst those attending meetings are deemed to have consented to the filming, recording or broadcasting of meetings, those exercising the rights to film, record and broadcast must respect the rights of other people attending under the Data Protection Act 2018.
