Preparations for Ross-on-Wye’s 2026 Christmas Fayre Begins

Ross-on-Wye Town Council is delighted to announce that the much-loved Christmas Fayre will return on Sunday 29th November 2026 and trader applications are now open.
Following the tremendous success of last year’s event, which welcomed over 80 stallholders, this year’s Fayre promises to, once again, host a wonderful mix of local produce, delicious hot food, homemade jewellery, and unique homeware. It provides a perfect opportunity to kick off the festive season in style. Visitors can also enjoy a day filled with live music and entertainment for all ages, including a Santa’s Grotto.
Traders are welcomed to apply for a stall or pitch, with fees starting at £60 + VAT for a standard size stall. Application forms are available to download below or can be requested by emailing admin@rosstc-herefordshire.gov.uk and must be returned no later than Thursday 1st October. Due to high demand and limited space, an application does not guarantee a space. All applications are reviewed by the Christmas Fayre committee who always try to ensure fairness on selection.
