Invitation to tender – Bands in the Park 2027-2029

Ross-on-Wye Town Council is the local authority for the parish of Ross-on-Wye and is committed to delivering high quality services which balance the performance, quality and value to the client with the cost of the provision.
Ross-on-Wye Town Council’s, Bands in the Park is a series of free weekly outdoor summer concerts at Ross’ bandstand (Wye Street, HR9 8BX) every Sunday at 2.30pm to 4.30pm from mid-May until the first week of September. One larger concert, Proms in The Park, takes place on one of the Sundays in July.
The current contract is coming to an end and Ross-on-Wye Town Council will be seeking an experienced contractor for a three-year contract commencing from 2027.
Working alongside the Town Council, the contract will include the organisation, booking of acts and the on-the-day management of the weekly concerts, including traffic management where appropriate and inline with health and safety.
