Footpath Officer vacancy in Ross-on-Wye

Ross-on-Wye Town Council is looking for a volunteer Footpath Officer.
The Parish Footpath Officer (PFO) plays a vital role in surveying, maintaining, and enhancing the Public Rights of Way (PROW) network within Ross-on-Wye.
The volunteer would carry out regular surveys of public rights of way in the allocated parish in accordance to the PROW protocols and report any issues on the network to Herefordshire Council via their website, whilst liaising with Ross-on-Wye Town Council to keep them informed of activities through a regular report to the Amenities Sub-Committee meetings.
