3/12/20: Christmas in Ross-on-Wye
3 December 2020

Christmas lights have gone up in Ross to brighten the town centre as shops reopen and we prepare for Christmas. Our local shops have a wealth of Christmas gifts so now is the time to do your Christmas shopping.
The Town Council is grateful to the Ross Rotary Club for providing our main Christmas Tree on the Market Apron again this year, and to Balfour Beatty for erecting it for us free of charge. Thank you!
The Saturday Markets until Christmas will have a Christmassy feel and may even tempt a special guest to visit! Thank you to Herefordshire Council for providing free parking in all the town’s car parks on Saturday 19th December so you can do all that last minute shopping.
You may have noticed Advent Calendar doors around the town too – one magically opens each day to reveal a picture and QR code which leads to a website with daily things to do. Thanks to St Mary’s Church for providing this for the town.
