26/6/21: Winner of Best Dressed Window competition announced

Congratulations to Lalena Jewellery on the High Street for winning our Armed Forces Day Best Dressed Window competition! Second and third places went to Lainey’s on Gloucester Road and Field Fayre – The Organic Store on Broad Street, respectively.
Lesley, who owns Lalena Jewellery said, “It’s such as shame that the celebrations can’t be held again this year but when I, as a small business in Ross, was asked to dress my shop window to show my support, I thought I would get into the spirit and dress up myself! Thank you to all our Armed Forces“.
The judges, Cllr John Winder, Mayor of Ross-on-Wye and Graham Aplin, Chairman of the Ross-on-Wye & District Royal British Legion were really impressed with the creativity of all three winners and with the huge effort put into their displays.
