The Full Council normally meets on the second Monday of each month, excluding August, and at other times during the year should the need arise.
The meetings take place at 7.00pm in the Council Chamber on the first floor of the Corn Exchange (a lift is available). During each meeting there is a public session where residents of the town can put their concerns to councillors. Agenda are posted on this site and the notice board five days prior to the meeting.
The Annual Meeting of the Town Council takes each year in May at the Larruperz Centre. It is the meeting at which the election of the Mayor and appointments to Committees is undertaken.

Annual Town Meeting occurs in April each year. It is called by the Chairman of the Council and takes place at the Larruperz Community Centre. It is an open meeting for the residents of the town and gives them the opportunity to hear and question the Council's actions and raise issues of concern. Minutes from previous meetings:2009
